    No blocks on you on our side therefore a problem is somewhere on yours. Disconnect the modem/router if there is one connected for unlocking, Try disabling the firewall and antivirus software temporarily while trying to log in/unlock. The connection won't work if you use a proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection methods may help.

    Please check if log-in works when mr1100 is not connected to pc, it may be so that it overtakes connection priority. We have restarted our servers, just in case.

    Currently experiencing similar issues. When attempting to login via DC continually receiving error message, wrong username or password.

    Now receiving error as listed below,

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1442

    Detecting modem :

    Hi DC-Unlocker forum!

    First of, thank you for your great work! I would like to use your software to unlock the bootloader of my Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite. I followed this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/c...#post-81121147. However, I am currently stuck because DC-Unlocker 2 cannot connect to your servers. Could you maybe help me out here?

    This is what I did so far:

    1. Download DC-Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1442 (https://www.dc-unlocker.com/download...ocker_software)
    2. Created a new user account with 4 credits (https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy​)
    3. Start DC-Unlocker 2, clicked on "Server", entered my user-name and my password (which I received per mail and saw after my payment)

    This is the result I got:
