Hi, Im having the same problem as those above.

Doesn't matter if device is connected or not. Running version 1.00.1442. Firewall off. Credits purchased

Servers were restarted recently though no abnormal activities were noticed on them. If you are still getting connection problems, it must be related to your ISP or the hardware/settings that you are using.

First of all, thank you for your great work! I would like to use your software to unlock the bootloader of my Huawei Mediapad M3 but I am currently stuck because DC-Unlocker 2 cannot connect to your servers. Is there any way you could help me out?

I created a user account through the android app and purchased a couple of credits
I started DC Unlocker, switched to the "Server" Tab and entered the username and password which I recieved per mail.

This is what I get when "checking the login" or trying to read the bootloader info:

I changed internet connection priority and confirmed I have a connection. I even tried logging in with my netgear device shut off so I know for sure nothing was interfering with network connection but still get the error connecting to server. Username is waterpolowarrior

Hey Valdemaras, I have setup a new account and bought credits and am getting the same error. I get it whether the modem is plugged in or unplugged. I disabled my firewall/antivirus and tried running in compatibility mode with an older version of Windows.

Are you able to connect while your Netgear device is disconnected from your PC or whether it is connected or not you get the same problem?
