error connecting to servers

tried this on mulltiple ISP's still getting server error. Device is not connected either when trying.

What information do I fill to connect me to the server ?
The same that those, I am using to connect me here, on the forum ?

I find the answer of this question. I put the information, you are sending me at this time after the credit buying (I have found the mail again ... not the same as those for the forum).
