error connecting to servers

What information do I fill to connect me to the server ?
The same that those, I am using to connect me here, on the forum ?

I find the answer of this question. I put the information, you are sending me at this time after the credit buying (I have found the mail again ... not the same as those for the forum).

Servers were restarted, please check it now. Make sure you do not have any device connected for servicing that could overtake connection, otherwise you may need to fix connection priorities on computer.

Sorry, we do not know if there is a way to downgrade the device. It should be mentioned by the manufacturer or option visible on its dashboard - user interface.
