No blocks on this dongle, what message exactly you get when you try to log in or launch dc-unlocker software please?

when i was teamviewed onto his pc i ran software, and it popped up saying DONGLE BLOCKED

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
