Do not use jtag at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again.
Now unblocked and you should be able to connect.

Here is no block and all servers are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer

Do not use JTAG at same time when using DC-Unlocker or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.

Here are no block on your dongle ID.
Could you please write me your IP address that you are using to connect? Maybe server is blocking your IP.

I've managed to isolate the issue

The E5331 creates a local area connection which almost works like a proxy thus it thinks that there is no connection even though there was a hard wired lan connection

I had to disable the local area connection created by the E5331 then I was able to unlock

Problem solved

What ID did you write here? Dongle ID? If yes, then please double-check it, because I think you wrote it incorrectly. I cannot find it in our database.
