    Are you able to log in successfully in the server tab while mr6500 is plugged in and detected on DC-unlocker software?     Error 62 means error related to the connecting to the server. I assume its issue of internet connection. You should check your connection first and then try again.

    No blocks on dongle itself so the problem can only be with the connection if you've disabled the network adapter of your USB306 modem. Maybe you are using VPN, proxy or using a virtual machine - none of them would work. Also in your case try to disable antivirus and firewall temporarily.

    If device is visible in mentioned section but detected using com ports in DC-unlocker, then simply right click on the line that belongs to your modem in device manager under network adapters and select disable, this should solve your problem. Otherwise provide your user name as we can't locate you from "DC unlocker User" as it simply doesn't exist.

    Please, let us know software user name. Also, when you connect your USB 306 to pc, does it appear in the device manager under the "network adapters" section on a computer?

    I got the Error code 62 Unlock Failed too when I want to unlock a SierraWireless/Netgear USB 306 cell key. When I check the server status, there is no problem, I can connect to the server. So why do I got the error if I can connect to the server?

    Be sure that you have other internet connection, not from modem which you try to unlock.
    Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings
    If adapters do not solve connection problem check metrics:
    control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "10". OK > OK > Close

    Unfortunately, but your modem version is not supported for unlock.
