    Error code 62

    Hi, I tried to unlock Globesurfer Icon 7.2 but I have a problem. If I am connect to internet using this modem DC Unlocker doesn't detect the card, and if I put the other sim, close all applications relating to the modem and try to unlock it it posts this error message:

    Unlocking, please wait ...

    Error connecting to server !

    (error code 62)

    Does it mean that in order to unlock it I have to have another internet connection active at the time?

    Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings

    If adapters do not solve connection problem check metrics:
    control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "5". OK > OK > OK

    Thank you for your time and support. I just checked with the application and the problem magicaly dissapeared. I could check the account status and access support, I could not do either. I am in the process of renewing support.

    There are no blocks on this dongle on our side, therefore problem somewhere on yours. Disconnect modem/router if there is any connected for unlock, Try disabling firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in/unlock. Connection won't work if you use proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection method may help.
