that means no internet access so you must disable Network Connection which belong modom you want to unlockComment

Do not use jtag at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again.Now unblocked, but if server will detect it again,you will be blocked again. New user...got error 62
Hi,
Need help...I'm a new user, bought 10 credits, trying to unlock Novatel Mifi 4620L, getting error 62 (I know my username/password are correct).
Guessing dc-unlocker doesn't like some software I have installed on my cmoputer...need to know what it doesn't like, and need you to unblock me.
My userid is: tpalmieri

Error 62 - and credits GONE!
Hi I have a dc unlock account with username: briggz5d - 2 credits remaining
I also paid a Nigerian Reseller today for 10 credits - he sent me a new username : briggs - which had 10 credits.
When I tried to unlock I got the Error 62.
After trying on other computer and changing network I found only 2 credits remaining on the briggs account.
The e303 modem has not been unlocked so why was my 8 credits deducted?
Are my usernames Briggs and Briggz5d blocked?
