Error Code 62

Hi there admins. just bought some credits from you guys so that i can unlock my E5220 but I keep getting error code 62. Pls help. thanks

Please write username that you received after credits purchase. Then we would be able to check more, why do you receive this error.

error 62

cant unlock modem since yesterday..i always get error 62.

im trying to unlock huawei E153 ang huawei b933.

in dc unlocker software when i click server tab then check login it says

Error connecting to server !

heres the log on b933

Pls help me, I have jst downloaded the DC-unclocker 1.00.1039 beta version to unlock my sturborn modem ZTE mf631 USB. after detecting the device and try to unlock, I got an error msg:
Unlocking, please wait �
No username !
Error code 63
unlock failed !
Pls assist me on what I shld as I have checked on for registeration but not available. kindly assist pls.

You must use latest dc-unlocker software https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/oj3xOlok
Forum account and account used for logging into server from software are not related.

You get correct username and password for logging into server when you purchase credits. You can buy them here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy . After making payment, check your email for server login information.

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i'll unblock you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.

Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings put connection of device that you try to unlock on the bottom of the list, then reconnect device to pc and repeat detect/unlock.
