i have tried lots of time.

Do you have alternative connection at unlock time? Not the modem that you try to unlock.
If you have, then please check these instructions: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/HiLink_m...nlock_tutorial
This should solve modem that you try to unlock overtaking the connection problem.

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect with username and password you received after credits purchase.

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i've unblocked you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.
