    Hello, I have same problem here.

    My IP is 81.203.149.175

    I am new.

    Sometimes I have to "Chek login" more than 1 time to recognize me.

    I also disable my modem adapter because if it is enable, it show the ISP modem setup instead of internet connection.

    Reapeating unlock on same device does not require new credits so can do it with 0. You sure you have completely disabled adapter? Please make screenshot of how your network connection window looks like now.

    I've done that, but it is still Error code 62. I checked my login and now it says my credits left is 0 but my sim/dongle is still locked!

    Go to network connection, locate adapter of e586 there, right click on it select disable, this should work out.
