Do you have any possibility to connect to internet with a different method? Also this might be caused if you connect through proxy.

Problem solved via live support chat. IP was blocked for USB Sharing.

You mean error connecting to server? Write your ip address and what device you try to unlock.
Also, I suggest to use direct connection, not by vpn.

No such username was found in our database. Note that forum account is not the same one that is used to connect to the server on the program.
