No problems with service, you are alone with this problem currently if you look at other post dates... You get this error during log in?

This error isn't related to password, servers were restarted try now to log in.

I cant log into server from DC Unlocker 2 software, I get error: "Error connecting to server!"

My computer has firewall turned off, disabled antivirus, tried different network and computer, no VPN and no other settings.
Internet is working fine but still I get "Error connecting to server!".. I also tried setting interface metric to 10 and prioritizing correct adapter-binding..

Still no luck, are servers up? I just bought credits and paid with Paypal.

Update: About 30 minutes after this post the error changed, so I figured it would work the next day.. But no:

Yes, servers are up and working. If you still can not log in then provide your public IP address. Make sure you restart software on each attempt...

Unlocked.
I get as far as typing in new imei for repair imei and it cannot connect to the server.
My device is acting as a network connection and taking priorty after connecting.
I cannot access internet at all after its plugged in.
Im starting to think it's my device. How can i get the dongle ID to see if that's part of the problem?
I turned off the firewall, disabled the antivurus, tried a different network. My device is acting as a network when i plug it in and have no internet access after that.. not sure how it would be able to connect to the servers if i cant even access the internet with it connected.
In my device settings, i turned off the vpn passthrough and had IP Passthrough enabled, no option for tetethering. I'm open to suggestions.
Would the proxy or vpn be ran through the modem/router thats connected to the laptop or possibly through my at home internet modem and router?
I will disable both firewall and antivirus system

If you can not access internet when it's plugged in then problem is connection priorities on computer.
Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings
If adapters do not solve connection problem check metrics:
control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "10". OK > OK > Close

No blocks on you on our side, therefore problem somewhere on yours. Disconnect modem/router if there is any connected for unlock, Try disabling firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in/unlock. Connection won't work if you use proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection method may help.
