Thank you Valdemaras. As you can see at the attached scrennshot: It worked!

The virus protection including the firewall did not cause any blockage.
Because of the previous unsuccessful attempts, I tried "Check Login" on the server and the error message came up. After a cup of coffee I immediately tried "Unlocking"> "Voice", that worked.

GENERAL NOTE: For my OS Windows 10 Pro Version 2004 I had to update the Huawei driver so that "DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1431" could find the modem. I have installed the driver "HUAWEI_Driver_6.00.08.00.rar"

Second problem: 'Error connecting to server' ==> see screenshot below (still open)

There is no proxy or VPN connection.

I ask for a suggested solution.

No blocks on you on our side, therefore problem somewhere on yours. Disconnect modem/router if there is any connected for unlock, Try disabling firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in/unlock. Connection won't work if you use proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection method may help.

if you can't connect to server by any method available for you then i can only check for refund possibility if you want
