Hello sir, i purchased an account today 12/15/2019 i tried a lot but its not working i have the same message that "Error connecting to server !

while checking my account it shows error connecting to the server please i request you to solve this issue

No blocks on you on our side, therefore problem somewhere on yours. Disconnect modem/router if there is any connected for unlock, Try disabling firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in/unlock. Connection won't work if you use proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection method may help.

I will try another source of internet but, how to know public ip address in a format that provided in previous question ?

I use my phone hotspot cause i don't have another way to internet. Is this ok? Is my account blocked or what ? Also when i try to enter access support area i get a messege "failed to get support area link!"
Any help here

Do not know yet, you haven't provided any information for me to be able to check. If you can't provide it then all you can do is to use different connection to internet method.
