Do you have any possibility to connect to internet with a different method? Also this might be caused if you connect through proxy.

No blocks on your IP aswell, if possible try other internet connection method or different pc.

I have used 3 different PC's
1 with win7
and 2 with win8
Still the same error!

I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 2013, and I disabled that before trying.

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.
