There are no blocks on your username. Let us know ip address that you connect from. Make sure you connect not via proxy or from vpn as then connection won't be possible.

If the program uses a direct connection, then take a look please ip address 213.87.98.253

No blocks on your username or provided ip addresses. Means problems is somewhere on your side. You will get this error if you connect via proxy or vpn, also check firewall and antivirus software if they are not blocking connection to server.
