I'm using the dc-unlocker for a quite long time, today i have decided create my username: noodle24, i have bought 4 credits for ZTE MF820D to give me the unlock code.
I have tried to login to my account but it seems failing all the time, it says error 70, 62, check account status could not connect to the server.
What could i do to get the nck code for my modem ZTE MF 820D ou by unlocking the ZTE MF820D by the dc-unlocking software i have the last version 1131.

You are having this problem because you are not performing unlock correctly. Must log in first, then detect, then unlock. Connect modem to usb port that is directly linked to motherboard, do not use any usb hubs or usb cable extensions. There can not be other modem connected to pc as well.

I don't know what u mean with ''hidden process'' , but now I installed new windows and still same issue.Maybe u can unblock me again and I will let u know if is working or not....this make me crazy (

Problem is that you did not closed hidden process that you got blocked previously for, now you got blocked for it again. If you want to unlock your device RESTART COMPUTER, then run ONLY dc-unlocker software and not other softwares, and then unlock.

after I see your replay I try to check server and was ok,but I connect 1netgear for unlock and when I press search I receive unknown error (119) and after again Error connecting to server ! I don;t know what is wrong and what's happen with dc unlocker...
Maybe u will check better this for me

There were hidden processes running during the time you've used dc-unlocker services, now unblocked you. Note that hidden processes usually are ended after pc restart.

We saw that you have logged into server. If you still face error connecting to server then let us know ip address from which you try to connect.
