  • No Email After Paying Why?

    You have billed my paypal account for 7 credits and have not sent any information needed to unlock my device.
    Yes I have checked spam box, in box, out box, trash box, draft box etc etc.
    Seems a lot of people don't receive a reply after billing.

    It seems that your payment has been reversed, you should login to your paypal account and check about it.

      I don't know how you reached that conclusion.
      There is no reference to any payment reversal on my paypal account.
      My "all activity" statement has one entry - the debit for 7 Euros paid to you.

        It seems that it was performed from your side as our manager checked this situation, you need to cancel dispute, then account will be unblocked. If you have bought credits as existing user then no email will reach you with account details as it is sent onlythe first time you buy credits.

          NO I DID NOT BUY AS AN EXISTING USER!
          Why is your web site so dumb that it thinks I am an existing user when my email address was NOT in your system.
          I notice that blaming users for mistakes which are caused by deficiencies in your web site is a common thread here.

              Sir, it doesn't depend on your email address it depends on what you chose to buy credits for from drop down menu.

                  If you buy credits as existing user (and user Chris is exsiting for 3 years now) new username and password is not sent and you need to
                  use same username that you had received after first purchase.

                  If it is first time, then you made mistake and bought as existing
                  user. Write me by private message username you want to have,
                  confirmation and I will create account manually.
