I've but 7 credit and i've tried to unlock huawei B153 but the response with DC-UNLOCKER is error 21 and the support is locked.
I've tried too but my check status i "0" credit
Try to restart and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits and you can repeat unlock with 0 credits.
Also, check your modem if it has not been unlocked. Sometimes even with this error modem is unlocked.

Are there more modems or phones connected to pc? as they cause this error too, please paste here detect info of your modem so we will be able to check more about it. Also you should use latest dc-unlocker https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/FwREimE3

i've just used a latest dc-unlocker and is there not terminal connected with pc o another modem, this is information :

Is there a sim card inside the router when you try to detect/unlock? If so try to remove/insert one and check again, let us know with your results. If possible try this on another pc too. If it won't help we will check for possibility to refund.

I tried with 2 pc but the result is the same.
The usim card is inside the modem because there is no other connection mode for this model Huawei B153 because the USB port is only purpose only

Please try to remove sim card from the router, it is connected to pc via wifi now or via lan cable? What are you using for internet connection?
