i just try to install to newly formatted pc and when i open the sotware the error come up " Your Account is Blocked" why?

Can check only when you provide your username or dongle id.

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i've unblocked you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.

Do not use USB sharring software when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now unblocked, but if you will get blocked for same reason again, next time may not be able to unblock you.

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now unblocked and you should be able to connect. Please note, you do not need username and password for software is use dongle. Connect dongle to computer, start software and work.
