Mo block on your dongle. Could you write ip address that you use to connect to server? Maube ip is blocked.

Do not use jtag at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect now.

There are no blocks on your dongle, please let us know IP address from which you try to connect.

No blocks on IP too, problem then is in connection that you use, try to restart it.

Problem is most likely connection method that you use, if another pc was connected to same connection then it is definitely a reason of this problem.
