  • Refund FRP Unlock Huawei Honor V9

There was a similar issue a week ago, (https://forum.dc-unlocker.com/forum/...ted-a-refund)I bought 15 credit for FRP reset but FRP is still blocked. (https://forum.dc-unlocker.com/forum/...sted-read-here)

Is there any solution to solve this?

I previously unlocked my boot loader and I tried to FRP reset but nothing happened. FRP still Locked and Enable OEM unlock is greyed out.

"If you see option "Enable OEM unlock", but it is not active (Grey colour) then one of the reasons why its so, because bootloader is unlocked! You need to lock it back so this option will become active."

Is because my bootloader was unlocked before that the FRP erase did nothing?

Is it possible to convert the credit + additional payment for DC Phoenix Timed licence? It's only an additional 4 euro.

I'm not sure you understand what FRP erase does to begin with. i can not convert anything like written in DC-phoenix guide, i can only add credits back to your account which i've done now.

Okay I think I get what you mean by it does not remove FRP. My issue is that I can't change the FRP lock status on fastboot screen, as the oem unlock is greyed out in the developer options. How would you recommend I resolve this?

(Lock the bootloader? Like it says on your post " FRP unlock not working, money wasted! READ HERE!"

When I plug in my phone (adb mode) there is an option on DC unlocker to Lock Bootloader, does that mean my bootloader is unlocked even though on the fastboot screen it says locked.)

We can not guarantee that locking bootloader will make that option active. But it's the case for most of the time. We do only from Relocked to Locked, bootloader status is shown on fastboot screen of the phone. https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-l...cked-to-locked

I attempted to lock the boot loader but OEM unlock still remains grayed out.

Even for me there was the same problem: 15 credits lost and still blocked FRP. Please refound the 15 credits for use with the DC-Phoenix. I hope in your help. My account is "giubila".
