Huawei P10 Lite - Refound Please

Hello everyone. Today I bought 15 credits for your product in order to Phone Unlock and FRP Unlock. But when I used DC-Unlocker, it only unlock my phone but NOT FRP and it took away all of my credits. Can you please refund me? Screens are uploaded on the Attachment. I am really sorry for my trouble moil and thank you for your time. It is my first time using your software and your site, so sorry if I made any mistake.

And now, after a plug/unplug it stopped being unlocked too. Please, someone help me . I paid it and nothing changed. In my house we are difficult in economy and etc, and that 15 Euros were like a lot, and I thought a lot before paying and now that I did nothing changed. My phone is full bricked and with locked bootloader. Please refund me in order for me to try again or at least help me.

Thank you for adding credits back to my account. What do you suggest me to do, giving the sittuation that I am right now? What I need is, a permament unlock key for my bootloader/frp. I know how to flash roms, I just need the unlock key for my bootloader if anything like that happens again. Can you help me? I want your advice before using my credits. If what I want is not possible then I have no use for my credits and I would need a refund. Thank you for your time. Sorry for the inconvenience and any trouble I made.

I didn't ate your "bread". As far as credits are still there, you could just remove them and give me back my money. As simply as that.
Anyway, DC Phoenix can flash a rom anyway without bootloader unlocked? I am gonna try as you suggest me to do. I hope everything works fine and I am gonna inform you about the results.

I didn't actually spent them, you can say I did but we both know I didn't. It was like your obligation to do it. And what about the error I got after your instructions?!
I just wanted my phone fixed. Can you refund me after I got that error? You said that after an error you do refund.. And that way you will get rid of me and I won't bother your anymore...

My Device went on an ERROR MODE. I guess you must be really happy right now that you got the error message you wanted. My device now can't even go to fastboot.... it stuck in an endless loop of clossing and opening ERROR MODE. If you had just listened to me by the beginning, nothing of this would even happen. If you had just refund me from the beginning or at least gave me the unlock key by device wouldn't go to ERROR MODE. As a service, once in a while you should listen to your costumers and try to actually help them. I demand a full refund and a sollution to my phone because I did what exactly YOU told me to do.

When I tried with DC Phoenix as you told me to do, it happened, and as you see in the log, it had failed a lot of times and in the end my phone went on error mode. I believe that it was not succefull. But if you provide me a way to fix my phone step-by-step without spenting more money, I don't want a refund. But I want my device to work as it stuck on error mode. Can you provide me a way to help me? Maybe give me the exact link to what file should I download and flash with DC Phoenix and maybe the previous file was bad? I don't know. You are the expert here to know what went wrong. I never had a phone in error mode, so I don't even know if it can be fixed. But if it can, please tell me how, simple steps guide and a link to what presiacly file. Tomorrow and the next day a weekend is coming and I believe that your service will be closed, so please provide me help today if possible. Today many people, some from work and some personal people called me but I didn't have a phone to answer and later in the day I learned that they called me. I cannot be without a phone. Please help, and sorry for any trouble.

After following method that you did, it also says that you should try method 2 and repair your device using board software, did you? Did you read FRP erase guide that tells what it does and what it doesn't and that after using it refund not available? We do not know what firmware was in your device before you broke it, therefore we can not advice on that, if you know it, but you can not find such file you may let us know what you are looking for and we will help you with it. If you have used same version as was in mobile but it did not flash successfully, means it was modified, rooted or whatever else may be changed on mobile by third party tools. Actually, I have been reading again and again in order not do any mistake. But some steps confuses me or I misunderstand them because they weren't very clear to me. You can call me stupid or whatever if you like but I didn't undestand very well.

I am not sure about Method 2 steps 1-2. I remember when I bought the phone it had some test keys or something on the software. That was the main reason I had changed my rom in the first place.

Can I do step 3-4 without any other step? I found this file https://get-file.org/search#q|Board%...20P10%20Lite|1 , is it correct? It is named Warsaw-TM001055_Board_software_general_Android_7.0_EMUI_5 .1_05022DUU.dgtks and I found it by typing Board Software P10 Lite.

Also, it there a way for a live chat? Or I can give you Teamviewer access or something if you need it to help me. As for now, I am download the file I mentionted and I hope is the right file.

FINALLY, I fixed my phone. Now it opens and works fine, with stock rom. It can even do System Updates. One thing I did noticed is, while the phone is still open if I press accicentally volume up + volume down + power button it goes to bootloader. But I don't know if that is a system fail safe option or if it is a bug or something. If it an option, I would love to disable it.

Now... THANK YOU for all your help and patience with me. Sorry for all the problems and troubles I caused and all the "noise" I made. It was my first time using your service, and it was a bit strange with me using them for the first time. And when my phone went on error mode I panicked, even maybe overeact. I hope you can understand me. Sorry for the thing with credits all the time. I really appreciate your help and your patient with me. I really had a difficult week and when my phone bricked it was the highlight for me.
