Access Denied - New user

I purchased your product and connected my device to unlock it. I keep getting 'access denied'. I have checked my paypal account and all is ok.

I have Tried with both versions on your website.

I have entered the password 6 times.

I have tested with 3 different internet connections

Please help

My friend just registered on your site and paid another 15 euro's. We tried to unlock another device and we still got

ACCESS DENIED

This username account is blocked, because scanning was used. Serial Port Monitor used.
Refund for credits that were in this account done.

I am getting the same issue, I have paid for 10 credits and the server says I have them but it also says the account is locked? can this please be unblocked so I can unlock my phone. The user name is g0luc.

Not sure what you mean about Payment is reversed? I have checked my Paypal account and my bank account and the money has been sent to you and completed so please recheck from your end.

Temporary Hold To.Unauthorised Claim. Here what we received from paypal. We have no your payment, thats why your account is blocked. If you did not do reverse, you should contact paypal.

I have rechecked and Paypal held the transaction and are waiting for you to respond to an email they sent to you. I was not aware of this happening If you respond to their email they will release the payment
