Refund request as HCU didn't work as expected.

Hello there.

Recently (a few hours ago), I did purchase a DC-Unlocker/HCU-Client license for 72 hours through PayPal with the hope to change my IMEI & SN back to the ones that my phone originally came with, and also enable dual-sim, as a few months ago Huawei changed my board and the IMEI, serial number, and my dual-sim was lost with the change.

My phone is a Huawei Mate 10 Pro BLA-A09 (currently running in Board Software, so the necessary patches can be performed), but unfortunately I've been unable to do the necessary changes because an "AT command error" I don't know how to solve.

Could I request a refund as it seems the software didn't work for me? I'm not gonna do anything else as I see my device is not supported.
