    Hi, I tried to unlock my Huawei P10 in several ways, I tried anyway and following all the manuals.
    It does not recognize me credentials in the application and does not recognize the device. I have tried other computers and changed usb cable if that was the problem.
    I wish I could recover my € 10 for the credits purchased (sorry for the inconvenience).

    There is no such username as aeiana33
    Device can be detected only when it appears correctly in device manager as explained/shown in tutorials.

      Sorry, the user name is "Ariana33"
      The device appears in device manager, Hisuite detect and connect correctly.
      I follow the tutorials step by step but I can't connect my phone.

        Refund now completed, if hisuite detects it, it means it is definitely in wrong mode. "device appears in device manager" doesn't mean it appears correctly.
