Hi, I have been trying to get in touch with you through the email since the day requested for screenshots of my Device Manager but messages are not getting delivered.
I purchased 10 credits to Unlock my mifi last week which I have had some difficulties to unlock and it fails on server testing. Maybe I will try to Unlock it again in future, for now I humbly request for a refund, because I'm fade up.
