The model is supported, however, it may be so that it runs unsupported firmware, please check its device info to see the software/firmware version that it has, write it here and we will check it for you if you can service it safely.

Yes, it is possible, just please let us know the username/dongle ID, whichever you use to log in.

Hello, make sure to check supported models or tutorials that have excluded firmwares listed of your device that can not be serviced. For refund provide your software username.
