after hours I finally figured out how to create a new account after I got thousands of "wrong username or password" messages. But know, after I payed with pay pal I'm getting an "access denied". What am I doing wrong? I'm so desperate... (do I have to activate my account?)

after i create an account and buy some credit, i try to unlock sierra 875, but the message appear "error connecting to server" then i go to other internet connection with dial-up and i try to access again, the message apear "acces denied" i am very confused. please help me.

Everything is ok from our side. You are not blocked. Could you check, maybe firewall or other software is blocking. What error do you receive after you press check login?
