Do not use QC Mobile Analysis software at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now unblocked and you should be able to connect.

Restart DC-Unlocker, restart computer and try again to connect.

Sorry, cannot find this dongle ID. Can you please double check if you wrote it correctly?
Try to do this: connect dongle to computer, launch DC-Unlocker. Check in bottom left corner of software for dongle ID and copy-paste it here.

Do not use JTAG at same time when using DC-Unlocker or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.
