There is no blocks on our side, make sure that you are using username/password for dc-unlocker server not the one that you use for logging into forums as they are not the same.

Thank you, certainly I don't have nothing similar... but I have Riff, so I think that was the problem. Can you put jtag related programs in an exception list to not to block DC, or not because of the danger of reverse engineering, usb data tracing etc. ?

Unfortunately, but i do not have such option to make exceptions, it is mentioned in user agreement that you can't use jtag at same time you use dc-unlocker - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/user_agreement

Or maybe can be the problem that we use DC-unlocker from NAS (network attached storage) to can acces service programs from 2 different PC?
Usually Vygis dongle is placed in UFS3 box.
