You made a payment via paypal, therefore you need to login to email address which is related to paypal account, there is a mail which contains unblock link, make sure to check spam/junk boxes if its not in main one.

tried unlocking huawei u8730 and keep getting an error that i have to uninstall and port monitoring software. now i am blocked can you help me please.
