You get correct username and password for logging into server when you purchase credits. You can buy them here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy . After making payment, check your email for server login information.

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i'll unblock you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.
Why can't acces the server ?
We use RIFF jtag daily, maybe this is the problem ?
Using usb sharing software at same time when use dc-unlocker software is forbidden. If server will detect usb sharing again, you will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect now.

We try to avoid to use at same time TeamViewer and Dc-unlocker.

Or maybe can be the problem that we use DC-unlocker from NAS (network attached storage) to can acces service programs from 2 different PC?
Usually Vygis dongle is placed in UFS3 box.

Sorry, I cannot edit my previous. Can you specify what do you mean by "usb sharing software" ? As far as I know I don't have any similar sw installed...

Apologies, but we do not have specific name of software, you should know better whats installed on your computer. It is a software that can share usb devices over networks.

Thank you, certainly I don't have nothing similar... but I have Riff, so I think that was the problem. Can you put jtag related programs in an exception list to not to block DC, or not because of the danger of reverse engineering, usb data tracing etc. ?

Unfortunately, but i do not have such option to make exceptions, it is mentioned in user agreement that you can't use jtag at same time you use dc-unlocker - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/user_agreement
