PS I'm not sure if I have winpcap to uninstall. How do I locate network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) to uninstall?

Thanks for the quick reply Gintas. I haven't found any network Scanner software (new laptop) but I found a driver npfs.sys. Is that the same? If so, I'll delete it before trying to login again

No, do not delete this file. Its a windows system file.
If you are sure there are no WinPcap installed or npf.sys does not exist on your computer, then try again to connect.
I tried again today and finally managed to login, then tried to unlock before I got the following error:
Error connecting to server !
(error code 62)
Error connecting to server !
As per other posts, I closed the program and started again. But now I'm just getting:
Error connecting to server !
Can you please advise me how to proceed now?

Here is no block and all servers are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
