Please write your username or dongle serial number (if you use dc-unlocker, Vygis or Rocker dongle). Then we would be able to check, why do you receive this error.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

              Thanks - unlocked now.

But have you considered putting up a warning to uninstall wincap driver when or before DC-unlocker is installed as you seem to be giving yourself and your customers a whole lot of problems that could be easily avoided?

Many people such as myself have wincap installed for perfectly legitimate reasons and most certainly not to snoop on info being sent to and from your servers - giving customers prior warning would be good practice.

Thanks for suggestion. But in user agreement there is written that scanning/sniffing/sharing or disassembling software is not allowed to use with DC-Unlocker. ( http://www.dc-unlocker.com/user_agreement "Account block" paragraph ).
                WinPcap is network scanner.
You agree with "user agreement" before using DC-Unlocker.

Total nonsense - at no time during installing DC-Unlocker was I asked to agree to this "user-agreement". At no time during purchase of DC-Unlocker (through one of your re-sellers) was I asked to agree to this. It is normal industry practice to include such warnings as part of the installation process - pehaps you should start to do this to help everyone and for you and your company to regain some credibility on this frutstraing issue.

Thanks for your suggestion again. We will try to fix this issue and add confirmation of "user agreement" in installation process so that it would be more clear to users what is not allowed.

Thanks for that - and perhaps also add and options box to tick to allow the cutomer to give your company permission to scan their computer for drivers and software because at the moment you appear to be in breach of US and UK law by scanning their computer without authority.

You are wrong. DC-Unlocker does not scan computer.
DC-Unlocker only blocks for things that "touches" software.

So in fact you are running monitoring software on customers computers without asking them? Oh the irony!

No, we are not running any monitoring software.
I will repeat again. DC-Unlocker blocks everything which touches DC-Unlocker software.

Thanks for confirming that DC-Unlocker software is monitoring the customers computer without customer giving authority.

The quicker you confirm this on your installation package the better I would have thought.

                              Bye.
