Oh I understand fully. You are monitoring what `touches` your software on the customer's computer. I also understand you are doing that without the cutomer's prior authority - you need to sort that out quickly as you give NO PRIOR WARNING that you are going to do this.
The only thing "false" is quoting something as a `user-agreement` when the user has agreed to no such thing.

What is it you have to hide anyway?
You are again wrong. Thing of software understanding what touches it, is called software security, not monitoring customers computer. If there wouldnt be such thing, software wouldnt be able to see what touches it and then it will automatically let everyone to hack it.
