          Maybe then you have downloaded incorrect firmware updater? Check other updater.

                  Make sure you use latest Huawei CDMA unlocker, no other modems should be connected to pc at unlock time, if you still get this error contact us by live support chat to check more about it.

                        Have you set correct connection settings for another sim card to work with your modem? Maybe you are using branded connection software as it might not work with other operator cards?
