  • Huawei B593U12 problem

    Hi everybody!
I have B593-U12 (Vodafone2000) with locked 1800 MHz band. After flashing it modem is in Coma - after switching it in and selt-test start flashing WPS LED (twice) and after entering address 192.168.1.1 i get message "system abnormity please recover it" Recovery fails. I can ping it and I get responce, but I cannot out new soft into it with TFTP : "connection timed out"
Question: is it possible to flash this router through LAN port or USB? This device also have unsoldered place on motherboard with marking "UART" May be something could be done through this port?
    All advises are welcome.
    WIth best regards

You can update this model via LAN only. You can plug your LAN cable to LAN 3 or LAN 4 port on your device. You must download proper B593 MODEM&ROUTER full flash file and original b593 updater.
Carefully follow update guide steps to update your router without errors.

      Huawei B593u-12 unlocker client problem.

      Hi.
Whichever way I try, it is either finding B593 or connecting to the server.
Never the two at the same time.
Client is ver 1024 and I am using Win7, connecting to internet by wifi on a dovado 3g router with a Huawei E372 stick. B593 is on cable from LAN1.
Router software is tele2 but client finds it when run as administrator, however drops connection when logging on to server.
Also, somewhere along the tries I managed to drop the 7 credits and B593 is still locked to tele2.
      Guess I need some help.
      Thanks...

Check these settings - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/b683-det...dapter-binding make sure your device that you want to unlock is on the bottom of the list, then reconnect it to pc or restart pc and repeat unlocking.

Tried that. It is still at the bottom of the list. With internet active unlocker client cannot find B593.

It might be so because there is another huawei device connected to pc, maybe you have alternative way of connecting to the internet?

Have no alternative connection. Would the unlocker client really know what is hidden behind the Dovado router?
How about a IP address problem?

Yes it might be the reason, as mentioned earlier. By the way, connection method that you use is on the top of the adapter binding list?

Well if device is detected when no other modem/router is connected to pc and not detected while device that you use for internet is connected, you should find alternative connection method for internet.

B593 is detected when modem/router is connected. It is possible to access the configuration pages through the browser at 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1 respectively, but when 192.168.1.1 (b593) is accessible then internetconnection is lost. If I power off B593 the internet connection becomes available again. Tried using wifi tethering from my nokia-phone. Same problem.

When I try checking account status I get Error connecting to server.

You need to check adapter binding settings sir, if you lose connection to the internet when you plug/turn on device that you want to unlock. Make sure it is on the bottom of the list and the one that you want to connect by on the top. Then reconnect device that you want to unlock to pc. Always run dc-unlocker as administrator.

The adapter bindings have been checked as instructed all the time - and so far I have only started dc-unlocker as administrator. It seems that B593 is blocking internet access. What would happen to modem and simcard if I was to use B593 to connect to internet? Would be nice to know what the risks are.

I guess the zero credits does not matter as long as I am working on the same modem?

You shouldn't be able to connect to internet by your device that you want to unlock if there is no sim card inserted or not original/invalid one. No, credits does not influence detection or connection. It might be so because of the connection method that you try to use.
