Huawei FP615H Neo3100 GSM phone Unlock problem

I dont know if this will help but when I do diagnostics from modems on computer, this is what I get:

I have done this and still get the same result. Here is what the DC-Unlocker shows:

Download : dc-unlocker_client-1.00.1057 from here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads try to detect it then, with auto and manual methods, see if you still get this same message like on latest version. If you do still receive same message then contact us by live support to check more about it.
