What version of software you use? Do you have active internet connection during launching of the software?

Credits are not needed to download firmware files, however to use them you must own dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or infinity dongle. Writing files by this software requires 1 credit unless you have Unlimited Free Huawei HiSilicon Flasher activation on one of the mentioned dongles.

beacuse my dongle not active unlimit zte qualcomm and huawei hisilicon, and 0 credit.
