Hi - I'm a dongle user new to the forum.

I'm getting the following exception lately every time I plug-in E3372 to change firmware that eventually closes the program.
"List Index out of bounds (0)"

I never encountered this before. Earlier I thought that this has to do with the expired support - which I've now extended already, but it isn't that.

Can some one please help urgently?

Its work like a charm on old version flasher for E5372 modem.
But why my dongle can`t working on new software ?

For some time I can wait for resolve this problem because I have alternative solution to use B310 Router and E5577 modem (Boot-shot + Baloong). But what should I do for to unlock "E5372" modem ?
Because it`s detected in "dc-unlocker" but can`t detected in "HHSE5372StcUnlocker"

Please tell me that why this is happened permanently with me even after change OS.
