Sorry, this device not supported, not possible to unlock it.

no device detected on device manager during switching to download mode, not like B310s
but is has a software called "Cofiguration uploader", when switching to download mode on USB, then connect RJ45 lan cable and manual set to 192.168.1.1, run Configuration uploader, it will ask for "FLASH CODE" then after correct code entered, it will flash configuration file on to modem.

Hi, can you please tell me how to get this "Configuration Uploader"?

I successfully install the WEBUI_17.100.09.03.03_NE5, but when I try E5786_Update_21.303.07.00.00 the error message "Error Code:10, Find port failed!"
Can I use your Huawei HiSilicon Firmware Writer 0.0.0.26 to firmware the mobile router?

Download latest dongle Manager from Infinity support site and update your Infinity box then DC will work without problem. Same issue was with me which solved after latest update by Dongle Manager
