HUAWEI B310S-927 still locked after using latest version

I need help, I am using Huawei B310s-927 modem by Airtel(India). I was trying to unlock with USB but after soldering, USB is not recognized. Then while I tried to unlock it via Putty and then after inserting the command AT^NVRDEX=50503,0,128 it was showing error. Please help me. Here is the attached screenshot.

Sadly we can not assist on onlocking via other programs. If device is not detectable after soldering it might be because it's hardware is not compatible for usb connection.

It`s same like as old story ......
Now its not going next step after unlock, because original firmware can`t detect sim.
Check below screen shot and help me here ....

Maybe problem then in webui that won't recognized other operator cards, in which case you would need to find generic/unbranded one and update device with it.

I have a old update firmware router in my hand.
Could you tell me that is there any way to make backup firmware of this device ????
I am thinking that if I anyone bring this router here, 1st I downgrade it with old firmware then I unlock it.

Not possible to make backup with our tools, we do not know about others.

We do not have solutions for it, if it's not connecting not possible to do anything. can try downgrading if you know how, maybe will do something if you say that it becomes undetectable after OTA update.

its same problems with me some devices read some not read same model B310s-927 stc router
ok how to you downgrade without connecting your PC please explain me i want also unlock stc router he purchase in stc office

yes but some some devices purchase in stc office is not detect my computer i try to 2 3 computers. but *note* purchase another shop re seller is detect my computer and i more unlock devices purchase another shop re seller

Because without connection "DC-UNLOCKER" wont unlock it.

I am back again with this issue!!

now I am failed again with 4th device with the same issue same like as sound of "connecting & disconnecting" after solder wires with the board.
And I sacrifices 10 usb cables but result as usual .......

Note:-
Its happened only with firmware "21.316.01.00.1304"
But I successfully unlock only and only 1 device with firmware of "21.300.01.00.1304".
This update install automatically via OTA.

If you want device, I can send to you anywhere for information for all of us.
What is the exact problem ???

Still I can't find out good and permanent solution for below devices.

Huawei EM930 - B593
Huawei B310S-927
Huawei E5577-321

We cant help about it unless error happens on our software, if device is having hardware incompatibility then no way out for it.
