Hello.
I have a HUAWEI device that has both E392 and E392u-12 written on it. I wanted to unlock the device to be able to run SIMs from any provider on it, and I verified it is in your list of supported devices.
I downloaded your unlocker tool named "dc-unlocker2client_1.00.1277.zip", and finished the unlock process successfully on first attempt, using option "Read Unlock code and auto enter to modem". I think I did the unlock without any SIM inside.
Next I tried connecting the device using both its built-in connection tool, and your connection tool named "HUAWEI_DataCard_ClientSoftware_UTPS_23.009.09.00.9 83.zip". Both tools are giving the error "The SIM/USIM card has not been detected or is invalid.", screenshot attached.
The SIM seems properly placed inside, although I wish one tool or the other can technically verify the presence of the SIM. I have another SIM that belongs to the same provider of the device, that other SIM is detectable on both tools. I'm also attaching current output coming from unlocker tool, which indicates device is unlocked.
I hope you can help me out in resolving my issue. Forward thanks.
