Run dc-unlocker and detect modem. After detection copy-paste command AT^U2DIAG=276 to dc-unlocker window(below information it shows) and press Enter. Modem replies - Ok. Reinsert modem. Check.

where is the dashboard please ?

it is in directory of mobile partner ?

because in diretory i have setup.exe and data.bin.

http://panatar.com/mobile_partner_voice_ussd.zip - its dashboard reflash. Well do you run it? It will reflash your modem dashboard. After that you need to enable autorun on your disks in Windows. Remove your modem from usb. Uninstall your current Mobile Partner comletely. Insert modem - new Mobile Partner will be installed.

Why you need this particular firmware? There is newer firmware here 11.608.08.81.00.B409 - http://panatar.com/E160Update_11.608.08.81.00.B409.zip.

Do i need to change the firmware for the K3715 if dc-unlocker shows that voice is active?
Also Panatar i tried to change the dashboard but it says modem not connected to computer properly
any remedies?

Run your CURRENT Mobile Partner software and let it discover the modem. Then close it completely - after that run dashboard upgrade.

Hello, ive got a k3520 activated for voice but when i try to make a call i get 'you have got insufficiant funds to make this call ' voice telling me to top up . what a liberty please can somebody help on this . thanks

I have now got voice active, modem is sim unlocked.
i have mobile partner with voice installed but now cant get the cd and sd function on the modem to work.
what must i do to activate those?
Im not all too computer savvy so in layman-ish terms would be a great help
