There already is full stock rom for DUK-TL30 on dc-phoenix support area... And no, you won;t restore modem nv partitions with full stock rom firmware - no firmware will help you, need backup from same exact fully working phone and flash it into yours to solve any connection issue.

No, it won't, need modemnvm_factory /modemnvm_backup/ modemnvm_system backups from fully working same model device to fix anything related to connection problems.
