FRP Still locked

Hi there,
I have a p9 lite full bricked, not charging, when turned on and charging stuck in huawei logo. When enter in fastboot mode says
REBOOT REASON
AP_S_COOLDBOOT
NA
volumkey_down_press_process_func
PHONE LOCKED
FRP LOCK

i´ve been tried everything to get back my phone so i got the latest hi suite drivers and adb tools try the install method via sd card and nothing so when connected via adb tools and try to flash the files in update.img it says: failed (remote not allowed) So lost my mind and decided to pay DC UNLOCKER 15 credits to unbrick but accidentally click in FRP Unlock, on the DC UNLOCKER program data says FRP unlocked successfully but my phone still showing FRP locked and now wanna try PHOENIX UNLOCKER but says i have no credits
