FRP unlock failed - credits gone

Hi,
so I tried to unlock my broken Honor 8 with FRP locked. I bough 15 credits, connected to DC unlocker and performed the Factory Reset Protection unlock... DC said it was successful and the phone rebooted. But fast boot still shows FRP as locked and I still can't fastboot oem unlock my phone with my Huawei unlock key.

So what do we do now? Will you refund me sind the attempt failed without any error message?
