Did the OTA Update to C432B371, now I have NRD90M test-keys version.
    What to do now?

Possibly need to repair Vendor/Country, we won't know for sure if the problem came after original OTA update, though it's one of the reasons why version is displayed incorrectly.

What should I do now? Start over again?
Flashing Factory Image, Flashing C432B130FULL, Flashing Data Customizaion EU, Repair SN/VENDOR/COUNTRY, and do OTA?
Because right now I can't fastboot or anything else (command not allowed)

So now I retried all the steps, after flashing factory my serial number and everything is gone, even with enabled not to delete oem etc. So your software semi bricks my phone? Spent over 45 bucks now for this and the only support we get is nothing?

Its not our fault your OTA updates corrupts phone data, hope you realize that. Investigate first before spending anything and having to do it more times than you need. Flashing factory firmware deletes most of the phone data as explained and warned in the guide. I bet you read that after spending that amount of money. I told you what needs to be done, it is up to you to execute or not it. If you know that OTA country/vendor it should be enough to repair only it, if you do not know then possibly need to reflash. Just out of curiousity phone does not work anymore after that OTA or it's just the built name that bothers you and nothing else? Because do not see why would you need to do anything about it if phone is funcioning.

No, my OTA Update does not..
Now I have the C432B173 installed.
Using HCU I restored SN, Model & Vendor/Country.
If now trying all steps from the beginning, flashing "VNS-DL00_VNS-L21_VNS-L31_and_others_MAA001052_Factory_firmware.dgtks" in Advanced Mode DC Phoenix with Fastboot Rescue booted, after phone boot up my Serial Number is 1234567890ABCDEF shown in DC Phoenix when flashing "VNS-L31_C432B173_Firmware_Portugal_United_Kingdom_Ital y_Switzerland_Android6.0_EMUI4.1.2.APP" after that in Standard Mode in DC Phoenix. My phone boots up and has C900... using HCU again restore SN, Vendor, Country bla bla bla my Build is C432B173 after that.
So don't tell me DC Phoenix doesn't. No I know why I had these problems after the first flash with DC Phoenix.. Spent more than 60 bucks including HCU for this and after the next OTA update everything is gone again and I will have to pay again this crap to restore everything? for every update? good joke fellas...

"Did the OTA Update to C432B371, now I have NRD90M test-keys version." it clearly does corrupt data or you have discribed situation all incorrectly.
I repeat again HCU must be used at the end of everything.
I never told DC-phoenix does not caus SN and other data disappearance i told there is a warning just for that. This is first thing you see in guide in Mehod 2, clearly explaing what may happen:
                Method 2:

This repair method now became safer with possibility not to delete NV and OEM info. If these secure zones were not damaged earlier, using this method with these options checked will not delete IMEI, SN and such (some models may still lose this data, keep it in mind before using as it will require more credits for repairing phone numbers!)."
